Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.
• Handle software licensing and cloud services agreements.
• Draft software, data, and IP development agreements.
• Manage channel, reseller, and distribution agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and private equity transactions.
