• Provide IP diligence and strategic counseling in connection with M&A, equity financing, E-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address IP-related risks and strategy.
• Advise clients on structuring commercial transactions that align with evolving business models.
• Work directly with clients to understand business objectives and craft tailored legal solutions.
• Contribute to team development and client growth initiatives.
