Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of technology and IP agreements, including licensing, development, services, distribution, and collaborations.
- Provide IP diligence and strategic counseling in connection with M&A, equity financing, e-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions.
- Collaborate with internal corporate, litigation, and regulatory teams to address IP-related risks and strategy.
- Advise clients on structuring commercial transactions that align with evolving business models and technology trends.
- Work directly with clients to understand business objectives and craft tailored legal solutions.
- Contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, and client growth initiatives.
