Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks a Senior Technology Trainer in its Washington, DC office to deliver high-level tech training to lawyers and staff both in-person and remotely. You will design classes, analyze training needs, and support firm-approved applications across delivery methods, including classroom, one-on-one, video, and eLearning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; five years related job experience in lieu of a degree
• Five years of experience in software training or equivalent
• Three years of experience in PC helpdesk/applications support
• Experience in the legal, professional services, or financial sector preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with attorneys and staff and design classes to promote learning and effective use of technology
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop innovative programs to meet those needs and promote technology adoption
• Build comprehensive knowledge of workflow, applications and practices of lawyers and staff to support consultative training
• Evaluate and customize training for new hire onboarding, technology rollout training, or ongoing education initiatives
• Contribute ideas for service improvement including new courses, delivery, and learning methods
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential information handled by the firm
