Job summary

Winstead PC is seeking a Training Support Specialist in Dallas to deliver technology training for staff and attorneys. The role emphasizes hands-on instruction, creating clear training materials, and driving firm-wide tech adoption.

Qualifications

2–4+ years in a training, instructional, or education-focused role, preferably in legal or professional services.
Experience delivering virtual and live training sessions.
Strong written communication; ability to create training docs and materials.
Able to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content and present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver virtual and in-person training for staff, attorneys, and new hires.
Develop and update training materials, guides, and videos.
Monitor and manage LMS attendance, completion, and reporting.
Collaborate with attorneys on projects, and support practice-specific training needs.
Research emerging technology trends and translate into training roadmaps.
