Job summary

Keller Williams Thrive Market Center seeks a tech-savvy, people-oriented leader to guide agents in social media marketing, real estate tech, and training. You will design training modules, run tech assessments, and ensure prompt Tier 1 support for associates across accounts and databases.

Responsibilities include event promotion, brand management, coordinating training calendars, room setups, and support for regional calls. A collaborative, learning-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital media strategy and social media platforms.
• Experience with event promotion and brand management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work well with others and leverage technology to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Technology & Social Media Training: Consult with agents on social media best practices and lead generation; create training modules.
• Event Marketing & Digital Brand Management: Design social media campaigns for Market Center events and community initiatives; post updates 2–3 times weekly.
• First-Line Tech Support & Associate Services: Provide Tier 1 tech support, set up KW accounts, websites, and Command databases.
• Growth, Recruiting & Competitive Intelligence: Support leadership in recruiting by sharing KW tech and digital marketing value; monitor competitor insights.
• Operations & Class Setup: Manage training calendar, coordinate room reservations, and set up training rooms and displays.
• First Impressions & Operations Management: Manage front desk operations and office infrastructure.
• Associate Relations, Retention & Communication: Maintain onboarding touches and provide weekly updates to leadership.
• Ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by Team Leader or MCA.
