Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a tech-savvy, passionate, and people-oriented leader who operates with urgency. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, a skilled problem-solver, and a learning-based leader who embraces succeeding through others.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Technology & Social Media Training

Consult with agents on social media best practices, content strategies, and lead generation to help grow their personal real estate businesses.

Facilitate Tech Assessments alongside the Team Leader (TL).

Evaluate support requests and build training modules based on frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Stay ahead of industry standards by studying real estate tech and social media trends, attending weekly regional and KWRI tech calls, and participating in monthly regional training masterminds.

Event Marketing & Digital Brand Management

Design and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote Market Center events, training classes, RED Day, BOLD, and community initiatives across all platforms.

Drive community engagement and build brand awareness by posting consistent social media updates (2–3 times per week) highlighting associate wins, event recaps, and tech highlights.

Create powerpoint presentations, promotional media, agendas, and digital assets for office and sales meetings.

First-Line Tech Support & Associate Services

Provide Tier 1 technical support for the Market Center, setting up associate KW accounts, websites, and Command databases.

Respond to all support inquiries within 1 business day and properly route higher-level escalation points.

Assist associates with ad-hoc tech issues, MLS integration, and automated marketing/social campaigns to their databases.

Assist the Market Center Administrator (MCA) with associate intake, executing onboarding connect meetings, and processing associate exit paperwork.

Growth, Recruiting & Competitive Intelligence

Support MC Leadership in recruiting top agents by sharing the KW technology and digital marketing value proposition.

Use competitor tech insights to highlight KW’s advantages to recruits and support KWRI feedback loops.

Send out weekly mailers to prospective agents completing their licensing.

Operations & Class Setup

Manage and update the overall Market Center training calendar.

Coordinate conference room reservations, make copies of training materials, and confirm attendance.

Set up training room computers and web displays prior to events.

Assist with execution of all Market Center events (RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD lunches).

Enter new associate data into office systems (phones, copiers, intranet, address book).

First Impressions & Operations Management

Answer phones warmly, route calls accurately, and manage front desk operations (including virtual execution).

Maintain the office, inventory, supplies, and physical appearance of reception, training rooms, and conference rooms.

Oversee all office TV displays.

Associate Relations, Retention & Communication

Create and maintain a system for key associate touches (welcomes, birthdays, closed transactions, capping milestones) via email, and social media shoutouts.

Provide weekly updates to MC Leadership regarding bugs, developments, agent feedback, and tech engagement "wins."

Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by the Team Leader or MCA.

Core Competencies & Qualifications

Proficiency in digital media strategy, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and event promotion.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, positive attitude.

Ability to work well with others and use team work and leverage technology to accomplish tasks.

Candidates qualifying for the upper end of the experience/pay tier may be converted to a salaried role.
