Agility Partners Staffing is launching a Sales Development Program at our Columbus HQ. You will start in our fully-paid Academy training, building recruiting skills while connecting tech professionals with opportunities.

After milestones, you’ll advance to Talent Executive with growth paths in Sales or Recruiting. Program begins in Columbus with relocation for non-Columbus teammates returning to their home market after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Interest in Columbus, Cincinnati, Charlotte, or Seattle locations.
• Strong written and communication skills with relationship-building
• Proactive team player who can take initiative and propose ideas
• Desire for a commission-driven, performance-based environment

Responsibilities

• Source candidates by reaching out to job seekers and referrals.
• Screen and qualify candidates through initial phone screens and resume review.
• Manage candidate pools in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to match candidates to client needs.
• Learn the market by researching roles, technologies, and industry trends.
