• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Experience partnering with technical hiring managers to translate needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions and shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team structure, and objectives.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized IT talent.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and communities.
• Conduct thorough candidate screens to assess technical experience and fit.
• Translate technical requirements into compelling candidate conversations.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Provide hiring teams with market insights and recruiting challenges.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a professional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within systems.
