Job summary

The Elite Job is seeking an IT Recruiter/Bench Sales Recruiter to source and select high-caliber IT professionals for diverse roles. You will conduct searches across job boards, social media, and professional networks, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess fit.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, build a robust candidate pipeline, and manage the end-to-end process from outreach to onboarding, while staying current with industry trends to improve recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers acceptable but recruitment experience preferred.
• Passion for identifying and nurturing IT talent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive searches to identify potential candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from outreach to onboarding.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on status of open positions and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry recruitment trends to improve processes.
