You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and other channels, screen based on skills and experience, coordinate interviews, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet daily and monthly targets while

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand technical requirements and source relevant IT profiles.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and evaluate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
