Reserv is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead sourcing and end‑to‑end recruitment for Product, Engineering, and Data Science. You will interview candidates, coordinate scheduling, and partner with hiring managers to move fast while maintaining quality and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑life‑cycle technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for Python, Docker, Ruby, and React.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit high‑quality candidates for Product, Engineering, and Data Science roles.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Ensure efficient and fast scheduling, facilitate communication among all parties, and ensure hiring is within budget.
• Provide strategic partnership to hiring managers, giving market insights, assisting with decision making and driving urgency.
• Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure it is the single source of truth for tracking.
• Create reports on the recruiting process to provide clear insight into the hiring pipeline and actionable insights to improve the pipeline.
• Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
