Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product and data teams. You will build diverse pipelines, source proactively, and advise on strategies while collaborating with hiring managers.

The role emphasizes a strong candidate experience, speed, and collaboration, with remote-first flexibility and competitive compensation starting day one.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle technical recruitment experience.
• At least 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience preferred.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Ashby a plus).
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates via diverse channels.
• Comfortable managing end-to-end process with speed, quality and collaboration.
• Strong communicator with a passion for great candidate experience.
• Eagerness to develop recruitment skills and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with Engineering, Product and Data leaders on talent strategy.
• Proactively source candidates and maintain a diverse pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to align on hiring goals.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices and track key metrics.
