Job summary

Teamified is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join a remote team and support end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and help create a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements include 5–7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, proven interviewing and sourcing skills, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities to work effectively

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in interviewing, screening, sourcing, resume review, sales recruitment, and general recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate fit against role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress through the recruitment process.
• Support resume review, interview scheduling, and follow-up communication with candidates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
