Job summary

Hireframe is seeking a Recruiting Manager who blends people leadership with recruiting craft to raise candidate quality and close reqs faster. You’ll lead a small high-performing team, shape recruiting strategy, and report to the Head of Service Delivery.

You’ll guide recruiters, own quality across open roles, and push for best practices while partnering with Account Management and clients across dispersed markets. Remote work is central to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or mentoring recruiters directly — performance tied to the success of hires, not just placements made.
• Meaningful headhunting / evaluative recruiting experience — owned the full funnel and made hiring recommendations, not just candidate lists.
• Breadth of recruiting experience across role types (ops, admin, finance, marketing, CS, tech support, EA, etc.).
• Deep familiarity with international candidate markets: talent pools, salary and rate benchmarks, what strong looks like at entry to senior levels.
• Experience recruiting for remote or distributed teams placing candidates with US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy-first req kickoffs and set the approach for sourcing based on the main challenge.
• Develop recruiters' critical thinking and problem solving; build judgment, not just output.
• Own quality and consistency across open reqs; know where each one stands.
• Set the bar for strong candidate slate before it goes to a client.
• Be the go-to resource when a hard req stalls; provide proven moves quickly.
• Foresee bottlenecks and develop proactive solutions to keep the team moving.
• Bridge gap between market availability and client needs; push back when briefs are not realistic.
• Keep the team proactive with pipelines ahead of demand and surface easy wins.
• Drive database discipline: convert LinkedIn activity into a real pipeline.
• Run team rhythms: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, req kickoffs, capacity checks.
• Set cross-department communication norms, especially with Account Management.
• Identify gaps in hiring ops and build new best practices.
• Find new sourcing channels and applicant marketing strategies.
• Roll up sleeves: interview candidates, review recordings, create assessments.
