C4 Technical Services in Eagan, MN is seeking an entry-level Technical Recruiter to source, engage, and place top tech talent. You will work onsite, collaborating with recruiters and account managers to meet client needs and build pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM tools.

This is a growth-focused role for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong communication, organization, and drive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of professional experience (recruiting, sales, customer service, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn ATS, CRM systems, and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to conduct video interviews and perform high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
• Conduct 5–10+ daily candidate interviews via Microsoft Teams and phone screening
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for client requirements
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Present and market qualified candidates to internal recruiting teams and clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within ATS and CRM systems
• Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to meet hiring goals and deadlines
