• Prospect new candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, social media presence and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client hiring objectives and requirements.
• Submit candidates with information needed to facilitate hiring decisions.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process, coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and terms of employment.
• Manage consultants on assignment and redeploy as assignments approach completion.
