Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience with end-to-end hiring responsibility.
• Specialized IT recruitment and technical recruiting skills for technology-focused roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for IT, energy, consulting, or technology services organizations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end hiring process for business and technical roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and develop job descriptions and role scope.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and screen resumes.
• Lead initial interviews and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings with practice leaders.
• Guide candidates through each stage, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and support offers.
