Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a hands-on Technical Recruiter for IT & AI staff augmentation, based in Houston, TX. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S. technology roles, from intake and sourcing to interviews and onboarding.

Source and screen candidates, negotiate within approved parameters, and build a robust talent network across software, cloud, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, QA, and AI to drive client placements. Experience with MSP/VMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, including U.S.-based technology or AI roles.
• Experience placing professionals into contract or staff augmentation assignments.
• Strong sourcing expertise including Boolean search and direct outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based technology positions, from intake through candidate placement and onboarding.
• Conduct intake discussions with account managers to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Source active and passive candidates through multi-channel strategies and ATS.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and communicate next steps to candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate engagement and build talent pipelines for future needs.
