Synergy Computer Solutions is seeking a Technical & Engineering Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for IT and engineering roles, focusing on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements. This role demands proactive sourcing and strong relationship building with candidates and clients.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach, guiding candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4+ years recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and place IT and Engineering professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
• Develop candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Maintain strong coverage across assigned requisitions and proactively identify talent for current and future openings
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruiting process from initial contact through placement
• Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements, priorities, and hiring needs
• Submit qualified candidates who match client job requirements and culture
• Review and manage requisitions through VMS/MSP programs and direct client relationships
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding activities, and client-specific documentation
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and pipeline information within company systems
