Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients through online sourcing, referrals, networking events, and job postings.
• Conduct daily candidate interviews within a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluate candidates’ employment history, education, and technical skill set, and salary.
• Negotiate wage rates with candidates and sell job client opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activity and candidate status.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through regular communication.
• Schedule interviews and communicate job offers to selected candidates.
• Partner with sales team to present quality candidates to clients.
• Develop ideas to attract and retain top talent at KellyMitchell.
