Genius Tech Development is seeking a Recruiter to support day-to-day recruiting activities in a fast-moving hiring environment. You will source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements from start to finish.

The role focuses on engaging candidates, screening applicants, and maintaining recruitment documentation while contributing to improvements in the candidate experience. In-person work in San Francisco, CA is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities
