HeyGen seeks a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead engineering hiring strategy, shape sourcing, and define interview processes, with emphasis on AI research engineering roles, Full Stack, DevOps, and infrastructure.

This on-site role collaborates with executives and hiring managers to attract top talent, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, and stay ahead of market trends with real-time data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 2+ years of engineering recruiting in B2B SaaS, across multiple tech domains.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection.
• Ability to manage multiple openings concurrently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, source, and engage top-tier engineering talent.
• Leverage advanced sourcing methods to build a diverse pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with Engineering leaders from kickoff to onboarding as a trusted talent advisor.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to define headcount, craft compelling JD, and design efficient interview loops.
• Provide real-time market data and talent insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
