You will own candidate pipelines across engineering, product, design, and GTM, shaping the candidate experience and using the company's recruiting platform daily.

This role demands 2+ years in talent sourcing, direct sourcing for technical and GTM roles, ATS experience, and strong written outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent sourcing and recruiting operations experience.
• Sourced for both technical and GTM roles through direct sourcing.
• Hands-on proficiency with talent sourcing tools and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across engineering, product, design, operations, and GTM to build pipelines for critical roles.
• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination to deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience.
• Write compelling outreach messages that engage passive, high-caliber candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data across the ATS and internal recruiting tools.
• Collaborate with founders, leadership, and product teams to provide feedback on recruiting platforms and workflows.
• Experiment with and build AI-driven sourcing workflows to improve team-wide efficiency.
