Job summary

Metrc is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across the organization in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, source top talent, and guide candidates through the interview process.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for software engineering, IT infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and product teams; experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR or related field.
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting technical positions including software engineering, IT infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, product, or data roles.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, iCIMS, Paylocity, or similar).
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, define hiring strategies, and support workforce planning.
• Administer the Predictive Index (PI) platform, including job profiling and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate with recruiters and staffing agencies to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Manage agency relationships, vendor setup, contract compliance, and placement fees.
• Facilitate structured interview processes, scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and Finance to support compensation benchmarking and offer development.
• Manage employee referral programs and track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, headcount reports, and dashboards.
