We’re seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our rapidly growing organization. What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our recruiting team, you’ll be responsible for managing over 10 requisitions simultaneously, sourcing and attracting top talent for software development, device/cloud engineering, and IT positions. Your ability to hit the ground running and independently manage the full recruitment cycle will be essential. You’ll utilize various applicant tracking and HR management tools to streamline sourcing and hiring processes. Your efforts will support our growth initiatives and help us build a strong, innovative team.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles
• Proven success in managing multiple requisitions (10+ at a time)
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms (specific tools are secondary)
• Exceptional ability to source, screen, and interview software developers, cloud/device engineers, and IT professionals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience recruiting for contract roles
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments or specific regional preferences
• Experience with high-volume recruiting during peak periods

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience specializing in technical recruiting

• Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting (office locations with remote options)
• Availability to start immediately and adapt to changing needs during peak periods
