Job summary

Metrea is seeking an experienced in-house recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for cleared and non-cleared technical roles across the government contracting and defense sectors.

You will build targeted pipelines for candidates with security clearances, advise senior leaders on sourcing strategies, and coordinate across US and Europe to meet program staffing needs.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, compliance knowledge, and proficiency with ATS and cleared recruiting platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for government contractors, defense, aerospace, intel, or national security.
• Experience recruiting for roles requiring U.S. security clearances.
• Technical recruiting across software, hardware, RF, cyber, SIGINT, and related fields.
• Familiarity with clearance levels and polygraph requirements.
• Managing multiple requisitions with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of government contracting hiring requirements and compliance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead recruitment strategy.
• Experience with complex, multi-site hiring across time zones.
• Proficient use of ATS, LinkedIn, and cleared recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared technical roles.
• Develop pipelines of cleared candidates with active or recent clearances.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape talent strategies aligned to priorities.
• Source and engage candidates using multiple channels and networks.
• Guide search processes and provide recommendations to leadership.
