You will source, screen, interview, coach, and place top IT talent, collaborating with the sales team to meet hiring needs and achieve weekly metrics.

You’ll drive the candidate experience, provide interview feedback, and support the onboarding process while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a clearly defined career growth path

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting to clients (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of daily activities and tackle new problems and ventures.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to consultants throughout project assignments.
• Hit weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with manager and recruiter support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
