ParetoHealth is seeking a strategic Talent Partner Consultant - Technical Recruiting to lead end-to-end recruiting for Product/Analytics/Engineering. You will partner with senior leaders to design roles, build pipelines, and scale a fast-growing tech organization in the United States.

This 6-month contract role demands autonomy, strong relationships, data-driven decisions, and a proven track record in recruiting top tech talent across the U.S., with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; an additional 4 years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Technical leadership, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning and recruiting best practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Technical roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Design and execute scalable, role-specific recruitment plans for a fast-growing Tech organization.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines across the U.S.
• Identify and engage top sales talent through targeted networking and strategic sourcing.
• Champion ParetoHealth's employer brand to attract high-performing tech professionals.
• Collaborate on cross-functional Talent and People initiatives, contributing to DE&I and talent planning.
• Utilize data and analytics to evaluate recruiting performance and report key hiring metrics.
