Chapter 2 is seeking a Talent Partner to be embedded with a premium, fast-scaling client in India. You’ll own the hiring strategy and execution, collaborating with internal teams within the Chapter 2 embedded model to drive rapid growth.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, partner with hiring managers, and leverage data to optimise outcomes. This role emphasizes tech, innovation, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition across generalist and technical roles.
• Consultative approach with stakeholders and strategic hiring mindset.
• Experience sourcing for high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Work fully embedded within a client, acting as their internal Talent Partner.
• Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Use data and insights to guide decisions and optimise recruitment outcomes.
• Champion the use of modern tools, platforms, and AI to drive sourcing and hiring performance
