Job summary

RED Global is seeking a commercially-minded Sales Consultant to join our US business development team. You’ll own a mix of growing existing client accounts and landing new logos in SAP, Data/AI, Cloud, and Software Development contracting, managing a full sales cycle from outreach to close.

This high-activity role rewards performance with uncapped commissions on top of a competitive base salary, plus hands-on coaching and clear career progression into senior consultant and account management

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment or staffing sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets with high activity/drive.
• Confident, articulate communicator who can build trust quickly.
• Based in the USA and able to work core US hours.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts: Deepen relationships with current clients, identify new hiring managers and business units, and expand RED Global's footprint within named accounts.
• Land new business: Prospect, cold call, and pitch new client accounts to build a pipeline of net-new logos across your patch.
• Own the full sales cycle: From first outreach and objection handling through to closing job orders and negotiating terms.
• Build market expertise: Develop a deep understanding of your specialist tech niche to speak credibly with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our delivery/recruitment team to ensure client requirements are filled quickly and with quality candidates.
