You will build pipelines, conduct competency-based interviews, and manage end-to-end delivery across global markets with a US-centric emphasis.

The role starts remote and will become hybrid in Fort Worth, TX, aligning with BD teams to identify, engage, and place top-tier talent for contract and permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP and AI/ML focused roles.

Job description

We are seeking a high-performing 180 Recruitment Delivery Consultant with a proven track record in technology recruitment within the Life Sciences sector. This role is delivery-focused, partnering closely with Business Development teams to identify, engage, and place top-tier talent across SAP and AI-driven transformation programs on a contract and permanent basis.

You will play a critical role in building and managing talent pipelines across global markets, with a primary focus on the U.S, while also supporting Europe, India, and LATAM hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities - Candidate Delivery & Talent Management

• Build and maintain strong pipelines, but not limited to SAP and AI/ML professionals across Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech).
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery lifecycle from initial sourcing through to offer acceptance.
• Qualify candidates on technical expertise (SAP modules, AI/Data Science frameworks) and domain experience in Life Sciences
• Generate Business development opportunities based on your day to day activities
