Qualifications

• Proven technology recruitment experience within Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech).
• Experience delivering SAP and AI/ML focused roles.
• Strong candidate screening and competency-based interview skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong pipelines across Life Sciences talent, including SAP and AI/ML professionals.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Qualify candidates on SAP modules and AI/Data Science frameworks with Life Sciences domain experience.
• Generate business development opportunities through day-to-day activities.
