Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Sr. Recruiter in Atlanta to fuel growth across IT and Finance & Accounting. You will source, screen, and place top talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles while building strong client relationships and pipelines.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, negotiate pay rates, and leverage cutting-edge tools to attract the best candidates in a fast-paced environment, enjoying an uncapped commission plan and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a successful recruiter in Finance or Accounting.
• Self-Accountability and coachability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen top talent using recruiting tools and referrals to attract candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews (Zoom) with candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Match candidate skills and preferences with client needs.
• Negotiate pay rates with consultants and candidates.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline for immediate hire.
• Track progress using applicant tracking and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the team to develop best practices in recruiting.
