Infor in Atlanta is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, helping source, engage, and guide candidates through the hiring process while ensuring a positive, inclusive experience.

Working with the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will assist sourcing via job boards, referrals, and social media; schedule interviews and maintain ATS records; contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Avature/Workday/iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for early-career and professional roles, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Assist sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, and social media.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates and teams.
