Job summary

Downingtown Area School District is seeking two Technology Support Technicians, Levels I and II, to join the Technology Division. These full-time, 12-month positions require installing, configuring, and supporting desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, networks, and peripheral equipment across the district.

Level I pay is $27.85 per hour and Level II is $30.82 per hour; benefits eligible and evenings/weekends availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in IT or related field.
• Current CompTIA A+ certification must be obtained within 6 months.
• Vendor certifications to be obtained within 1 month as necessary.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Pass background check and comply with district policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues district-wide.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and peripherals.
• Maintain documentation and certifications for job-related needs.
• Support special projects to advance department goals.
