The Test Technician position is a full-time career serviceposition. This position will participate in the administration andmanagement of a variety of college testing services, to include theplanning, scheduling, and administering of tests. The TestTechnician will serve as the departmental receptionist; providegeneral information regarding test schedules; establish andmaintain testing files and records; monitor test rooms to maintaintest security and integrity; work to resolve problems encounteredduring the testing process; maintain strict security of testmaterials; and ensure confidentiality of test scores and relatedinformation. The Test Technician will perform general clericalduties including answering phones and greeting and providingdirection to students and others. Additionally, the successfulcandidate will be required to exhibit a high level ofprofessionalism in the administration of position duties andresponsibilities; support the effective link between studentservices and academic programs; and provide excellent customerservice to faculty, staff, students, and the public. The positionrequires availability to work flexible hours, including someevenings and weekends. This position will be primarily located atthe Pensacola Campus and may be required to work at other campuslocations as required. The Test Technician position reports to theDirector of Testing Services.
Graduation from high school or GEDequivalency. Proven skills working with computer-based programs,operations and software required. Successful results of a criminalbackground check are required.

Graduation with an associated degree from an institution that holds accreditation recognized bythe U.S. Department of Education and approved by the College and atleast one year of experience in student services or a relatedfield.
