Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Technical Support experience required (Trainee).
• A+ Certification within first year of hire.
• NM Class D driver’s license required within 60 days of employment.
• Background investigation including FBI fingerprint check; felony conviction disqualifies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and audio-visual support to users by installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and maintaining end user equipment, desktop hardware and software.
• Set up user profiles and provide basic training to new users.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to end user hardware and software.
• Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
