Job summary
The Fayette County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Lexington, KY is seeking a contract Technology Support Specialist to provide technical helpdesk support for computer hardware and software, assist users, and help maintain system reliability on an on-site basis.

Qualifications
- Experience providing technical assistance for computer hardware and software.
- Ability to train users on software applications and basic computer concepts.
- Maintain records and statistics using information management software.
- On-call rotation availability.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Kentucky Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to users for computer hardware and software issues.
- Assist in problem determination and resolution for computer systems.
- Install and uninstall computer equipment at statewide sites.
- Test computer equipment to ensure serviceability and dependability.
- Maintain computer system database and documentation.
- Provide training/instructions to users on software applications.
- Collaborate with system support personnel and vendors to resolve problems.
