Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with coding languages, especially JavaScript (ECMAScript).
• Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.

• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys learning and growing with the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful, efficient technical support to our customers
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of product and configuration questions
• Learn and apply knowledge of our API-based products
• Use your understanding of JavaScript (ECMAScript) to guide customers through technical details
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, conversation, and the occasional presentation
