Job summary

Smarty is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Orem, UT to own product strategy for location intelligence solutions including address validation, geocoding, and address enrichment. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ship high-impact features and monitor metrics to drive business results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SaaS product management, strong write skills for PRDs and user stories, and comfort using product analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software product management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience writing product requirements and user stories with engineering in mind.
• Proficient with product analytics platforms and data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and analysis.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to align engineering, marketing, sales, and support around a shared direction.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining tradeoffs clearly.
• Familiarity with location intelligence, GIS, address validation, or geocoding (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Smarty's location intelligence solutions.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to launch and iteration.
• Define and track success metrics to drive business impact.
• Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specs.
• Research user needs and advocate for customer experience throughout lifecycle.
• Collaborate across engineering, marketing, sales, and UX.
