Job summary

Smarty, LLC in Orem, Utah is seeking a full-time Technical Support Representative to troubleshoot issues, explain complex concepts, and deliver delightful customer experiences. You’ll work with technical customers to resolve product and configuration questions and learn our API-based products.

The role offers competitive pay ($50k–$60k), strong benefits, 401(k) match, PTO that grows with tenure, and ongoing training. Monday–Friday, 7a–5p or 9a–5p in-office, within a collaborative, energetic team.

We’re looking for a full-time Technical Support Representative who’s equal parts curious, capable, and kind. You’ll partner with our customers (many of whom are technical pros themselves) to troubleshoot issues, clarify complex processes, and make sure they walk away thinking, “Wow, that was easy.” Think of yourself as the Samwise Gamgee of support: you may not carry the ring, but you make sure the heroes of the story get to Mordor safely.

What you’ll do:

• Provide thoughtful, efficient technical support to our customers
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of product and configuration questions
• Learn and apply knowledge of our API-based products
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, conversation, and the occasional presentation
• Collaborate with your teammates to share insights and continuously improve how we work

Your schedule would be Monday through Friday, 8 hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (either 7-3 or 9-5).
