Job summary

AnewHealth seeks an IT Service Desk Associate to deliver first-level technical support for ExactCare associates and production pharmacy staff. You will troubleshoot software/hardware issues, document resolutions, and coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions.

Based in Lewisville, TX, the role requires strong communication, customer service, and familiarity with Active Directory, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365. Occasional after-hours support may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of troubleshooting experience, basic networking, active directory and mobile devices.
• A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, Salesforce, OnBase and Cisco Call Manager a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line technical support to employees via calls, chat, email, and remote support.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment following specifications.
• Document issues and resolutions for escalation and audit purposes.
• Triage and analyze technology issues and escalate to Tier 2 as needed.
• Ensure adherence to security practices to protect company systems and data.
• Communicate changes to IT management and keep skills up to date.
