Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Fort Smith, AR seeks a Technical Support Specialist to assist end users with company software, networks and computer applications. You will receive problems via phone and electronic channels, prioritize and coordinate resolutions, and help maintain strong customer relationships.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma and at least two years using PC and Microsoft software; IT help desk experience is preferred.

GENERAL PURPOSE

Works under the direction of supervisor to assist end users in use of company software, networks & computer applications
