Job summary

Liberty School District 53 in Liberty, Missouri is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to install and maintain computer hardware and software, provide technical support to site administrators, staff and students, and resolve school site operational issues.

This full-time, 12-month position reports to the Director of Technology. Benefits include medical, dental & vision insurance, life insurance, disability, generous PTO, and district retirement plans (PEERS, 403(b), 457(b)).

Qualifications

• SKILLS: troubleshooting, networking, Active Directory, hardware maintenance.
• Knows basic networking concepts (WiFi, IP, DHCP).
• Familiar with enterprise IT environments and ticketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff and students.
• Install and maintain hardware and software across district classrooms.
• Troubleshoot network, printer, and device issues.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of equipment and repairs.
