Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor electronic tickets and respond to requests.
• Provide hands-on technical support to students, teachers, and staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems to minimize disruptions.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment in classrooms and events.
• Keep accurate records of hardware and assets.
• Assist with technology training and adoption in the classroom.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide remote and onsite support for level one tickets.
