Job summary

Blockaid in New York is seeking a Student Technical Support Engineer to join our NYC-based Support team. This entry-level, part-time role offers hands-on experience with blockchain security products while you study, with potential to transition to a full-time position after graduation.

You will diagnose and resolve customer issues, learn API integrations, monitor system health, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deepen product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field.
• Roughly 1–1.5 years remaining in your studies to allow for a potential transition after graduation.
• Strong analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for Blockaid applications and diagnose customer issues.
• Gain hands-on exposure to system performance, API integrations, and Web3 security concepts.
• Monitor system performance metrics, API health, and security incident alerts.
• Help maintain and improve playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to learn the product directly from builders.
• Take on growing responsibility as you develop subject matter expertise.
