Job summary

Blockaid, redefining trust in blockchain, is hiring a Technical Support Engineer (L2) to own the technical heartbeat of customer support. You'll master detection flows, troubleshoot integrations, and communicate insights to customers and internal teams.

This early-building role will shape Blockaid's support function, its processes, culture, and standards, while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and our most strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in L2 technical support or similar.
• Strong HTTP/REST knowledge.
• Basic SQL skills for logs and validation.
• Ability to interpret observability dashboards (DataDog, Kibana, Grafana).
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts; Web3 experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, concise and clear.
• Experience supporting global customers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Become the System Expert for Blockaid's platform and detections.
• Develop deep understanding of detection flows, architecture, and security engines.
• Build expertise across product surfaces and common integration patterns.
• Act as internal knowledge hub for system behavior in real-world scenarios.
• Diagnose complex issues across integrations, APIs, on-chain data, and results.
• Perform basic root cause analyses and communicate findings clearly.
