Schrock Innovations is seeking a friendly Junior Technician to join our Omaha Service Center full-time. You will assist customers via walk-in service, phone support, and in-home visits, diagnosing basic hardware and software issues, and guiding customers to practical solutions.

As an entry-level role, you will learn from experienced technicians, build hands-on tech experience, and work in a customer-focused environment with opportunities for advancement and training.

Qualificações

• 1 year of customer-facing experience in retail, technical support, hospitality, or another service-based environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, kneeling).

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers through walk-in service, phone support, and scheduled in-home visits.
• Provide a positive customer experience by listening carefully and communicating clearly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot first-level hardware, software, device, and network issues.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when appropriate.
• Help customers understand their technology and suggest practical solutions.
