What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers through walk-in service, phone support, and scheduled in-home visits
• Provide a positive customer experience by listening carefully, communicating clearly, and making each customer feel supported
• Diagnose and troubleshoot first‑level hardware, software, device, and network issues
• Escalate more complex technical issues to senior technicians when appropriate
• Help customers understand their technology and recommend practical solutions that improve their experience
• Accurately document service events, including the issue, work performed, and resolution
• Support other Schrock Innovations locations when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability to work a full‑time schedulethat includes weekends (Saturday 10a-8p and Sunday 12p-5p)
• 1 year of customer‑facing experience in retail, technical support, hospitality, or another service‑based environment
• A strong desire to solve problems and help others
• Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and common operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks that may include standing, bending, and kneeling
